Below is an updated version of the “Draft FY 2008 Consolidated Annual Action Plan for the District of Columbia”.  The Plan will be submitted to the Council of the District of Columbia for review and approval.  Input from residents, community organizations and other stakeholders is reflected in the version of the Plan.  Hearings were held in November and in March to provide stakeholders with opportunities to comment on the Plan.
