(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) released a Request for Proposals (RFP) April 10 for 9 percent Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). Also available under this notice are up to $2 million for the development of supportive housing units for the exclusive use of Department of Mental Health consumers.
The deadline has been extended. Completed applications are due to DHCD (1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, 2nd Floor Reception Desk) no later than Monday, June 1 at 4:00 p.m. For additional information, contact DHCD’s Development Finance Division at (202) 442-7280.
