(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) announced today in the DC Register that it will release a Solicitation for Offers for the development of several District-owned properties on May 15, 2009.
The Department is seeking proposals for the development of six sites located in Wards 2, 5, 7, and 8 into affordable and workforce housing. See below for specific locations.
Proposal materials (in CD format) will be available for pickup on May 15 inside the main lobby of DHCD’s headquarters at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE. Printed copies will be made available upon request. Completed proposals should be returned to DHCD no later than 3 p.m. on June 24, 2009.
