Below are the applications (in alphabetical order) received in response to the Department’s Request for Proposals (RFP), released April 10, 2009 and closed June 1, 2009, for 9 percent Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).  

As part of the competitive process for LIHTC, the applications are open for public comment.  All comments must be received by July 16, 2009.  Comments may be submitted to DHCD via email (preferred method) to najuma.thorpe@dc.gov or by mail to Leila Finucane Edmonds, Director, DHCD, 1800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE Washington, DC 20020.
