(Washington, DC) -- The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) the District of Columbia’s FY 2010 Annual Action Plan. The Action Plan is the District’s annual application for four entitlement grant programs:
- Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
- Home Investment Partnership Grant Program (HOME)
- Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESG)
- Opportunities for Persons with Aids Program (HOPWA)
