(Washington, DC) - The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold the 2nd Annual DC Housing Expo and Foreclosure Clinic on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Washington Convention Center. The event will be held from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Residents should attend this event to learn more information on various aspects of housing, including but not limited to homeownership, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy, rental housing and community development. The event features an exhibit hall, free credit reports, free credit and foreclosure counseling and small-group workshops. In addition, there will be a session with leading motivational speaker Willie Jolley. Plus, there will be an appearance by a DC United player.
