(Washington, DC) - As of June 11, 2011, the lottery registration for the two Inclusionary Zoning units located at 2910 Georgia Avenue NW is now closed. The lottery registration was open from Friday, May 27, 2011 through Friday, June 10, 2011.

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will conduct a lottery on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 for two (2) Inclusionary Units located at 2910 Georgia Avenue NW. The lottery will be conducted from a random selection of eligible registered applicants. Selected households will then be ranked based on District residence, employment in the District and time on the lottery list. Registered applicants need not be present when the lottery is conducted. DHCD will notify selected households.

The lottery registration shall re-open at a later date as more Inclusionary Units become available. If you had registered during the above stated open periods and you are eligible for the Inclusionary Zoning Program, you will be considered for current and future lotteries of Inclusionary Units, but must renew your registration every two years.
