The reference guidebook contains technical information on the CDBG, HOME, LIHTC, and HPTF, programs, as well as other information that may be useful in completing the application. Proposals for the First Right Purchase Assistance Program and HOME-Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) set-aside programs will also be accepted under this RFP; however, DHCD will continue to accept additional funding requests for these two programs until all of these program funds have been committed.
