(Washington, DC) The Department of Housing and Community Development is making available its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2002, which was submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development on December 31, 2002. The CAPER summarizes the District’s accomplishments using HUD entitlement grants during the October 1, 2001-September 30, 2002 period.
