(Washington, DC) The District of Columbia Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (DISB) at 810 First Street, NE, 7th floor, will be closed for business on Friday, June 18, 2004 from noon to 4:45 pm for an agency-wide staff meeting.  DISB’s satellite office located at 1400 L Street, NW, 4th floor, will also be closed.  Both offices will reopen for business at 8:15 am on Monday, June 21. Residents can view DISB’s website for answers to questions or to file a complaint, report fraud, or obtain information about the agency’s programs and services.
