The Department of Mental Health (DMH) has established the following schedule for the submission of claims for FY 2007.

• The last date for submission of new claims with dates of service from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 for FY 2007 is December 31, 2007.
• The last date for submission of reworked claims for FY 2007 is March 31, 2008. For purposes of this bulletin, a reworked claim is defined as a claim that was submitted prior to December 31, 2007, reviewed and rejected by DMH as reported on an exception report or a denial report. No new claims for FY 2007 will be accepted or worked after January 1, 2008.

Please be advised that the Department only will pay for claims up to the FY 07 task order amount.

NOTE: The 90 day rule for submission of claims from the date of service goes into effect 10/01/07 for all FY-08 claims.
