The District’s 2008 Summer Youth Program Offers Online Time and Attendance

(Washington, DC) – The 2008 Summer Youth Program has implemented an online time tracking system that allows supervisors to conveniently and efficiently track and document the daily time and attendance of youth workers. 

The Department of Employment Services is hosting daily webinars to train supervisors on how to use this new system.  Training sessions are 20 – 30 minutes in length and are available Monday through Friday, starting at 9 am through 5 pm.  To participate in the training sessions, following these simple steps:

1. Log on to the meeting [at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time] at http://timetrack.dc.gov/login.aspx .
2. Call the Conference Call Number: 1 (800) 516-9896.
3. Give the meeting Password and Conference PIN for your webinar time (each time has a different password and PIN listed on the website).
4. Follow the training online while on the conference call.
