(Washington, DC) –  Today is the first pay day of the 2008 Summer Youth Program.  Youth workers who have not received their One Card and debit card can pick them up, today only, from 8 am to 4 pm, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, located at 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW.

Youth workers must present identification – Social Security card, birth certificate, school ID, driver’s license, or One Card – to obtain their debit card.  Only workers with identification can pick up their debit cards.  Distribution of One Cards and debit cards will not be made to parents or anyone other than the card recipient.
 
Remaining One Cards and debit cards can be picked up from 9 am to 4 pm at the Office of Youth Programs, 625 H Street, NE, on Wednesday, July 2, and Thursday, July 3.  For additional information, call (202) 698-3991.
