(Washington, DC) This month on "Keeping It Real," teens talk with Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton about the District’s College Access Act, University of the District of Columbia admissions administrators and the recently crowned Ms. Teen DC. The 30-minute show focuses on topics for and about city youth.
With college admissions deadlines looming, the show provides an in-depth look at the DC Tuition Assistance Grant, the District’s public university and motivating local high school students to apply for college. A former star of the acclaimed television show The Apprentice will appear in a segment featuring winners of the Miss Teen District of Columbia and Miss District of Columbia -- USA pageants.
