(Washington, DC)  On Tuesday, March 23, 2004, the Department of Employment Services joins the Community Services Agency and the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO in celebrating the 4th Annual Labor-2-Youth Fair, held from 10 am to 3:15 pm in the Regency Ballroom of the Omni Shoreham Hotel at 2500 Calvert Street, NW.

Affiliates of the Community Services Agency and the Metropolitan Washington Council will provide high school and out-of-school youth with information about the vast array of careers in unionized occupations, the labor movement, and apprenticeship programs.  The fair will feature union-made products, skill and equipment demonstrations, as well as offer opportunities for youth to take part in hands-on activities or participate in a game show.
