The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has announced that due to the heat advisory, all outdoor DPR-sponsored sporting events have been cancelled or postponed for Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8, 2008.

All pools and spray parks remain open as previously announced.
