The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has permanently closed the J.O. Wilson Walk to Learn Pool, 700 K Street, NE. 

The closure of the pool is required to accommodate renovation work at the J.O. Wilson Elementary School being performed by the Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization. 

With the closure of the Walk to Learn pool, DPR will no longer provide services at J.O. Wilson.
