The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has announced that the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2008, to mark the construction of new playgrounds at Langdon Park Community Center, 2901 20th St., NE has been postponed.

The groundbreaking ceremony will be rescheduled.
