Event and Meet Schedule for 23rd Annual Black History Invitational Swim Meet

The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has released the complete event and meet schedule for "Make Your Mark!" the 23rd Annual Black History Invitational Swim Meet to be held Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15, 2009, at the Takoma Aquatic Center, 300 Van Buren, Street, NW.

Hosted by DPR and the United Black Fund, Inc., the Black History Invitational Swim Meet is hailed by USA Swimming, the national governing body for the sport of swimming, as the "premier minority swim competition in the United States and in the World."

All events take place at the Takoma Aquatic Center and are open and free to the public to attend, unless otherwised noted.
