The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has temporarily closed the Palisades Community Center, 5200 Sherrier Place, NW, due to a plumbing emergency.  The grounds and athletic fields remain open; only the building is affected by the closure.

DPR apologizes for the inconvenience and is working to resolve the issue, and will provide a reopening date and time when that information is available.
