The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) will reopen the Palisades Community Center, 5200 Sherrier Place, NW, on Monday, May 18, 2009, and resume regular hours.  Normal hours of operation are, Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm - 9 pm, Saturday, 8 am - 6 pm, and Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm.

The center was temporarily closed while DPR made emergency plumbing repairs.
