State-of-the-Art Aquatic Facility Replaces Wilson Pool

(Washington, DC) Wilson High School's existing aquatic facility has been condemned and will be demolished and replaced with a new state-of-the-art aquatic center. Planning and design are underway, the new facility will feature 25 yards x 50 meter competition pool, wellness/leisure pool, adult whirlpool, spectator seating, locker rooms, administration areas, building and pool support areas.

The community of Ward 3 and District residents will be the primary users of the aquatic center. The facility will also be the competition and practice facility for the Woodrow Wilson High School swim teams.
