The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) is already busy preparing and planning for this year’s softball season.  Coaches are invited to attend the annual coaches meeting, Thursday, February 7, 2008, 7 pm– 8 pm at Emery Recreation Center, 5701 Georgia Avenue, NW. 

During the meeting DPR staff will share information about preparations being made on and off the ball fields, take a look back at last season, review the timeline for the 2008 season, rules changes, score submittals, and league standings.  There will also be time for questions and concerns, as well as suggestions for improvements that DPR can make for the 2008 softball season.
