The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has announced that the William H. Rumsey Aquatic Center, 635 North Carolina Avenue, SE, and Trinidad Recreation Center at 1310 Childress Street, NE, have both reopened and resumed their normal hours of operation.

Friday evening the Rumsey Aquatic Center was closed due to a mechanical emergency; the Trinidad Recreation Center was closed on Monday due to a water main break.
