The Department of Parks and Recreation would like to remind residents of two upcoming community meetings during April: The DPR Park Partners Meeting on Monday, April 7, and the North Michigan Park Recreation Center Project Meeting on Monday, April 14.

Monday April 7, DPR Park Partners Meeting, 7 – 9 pm
Where: Banneker Recreation Center, 2500 Georgia Avenue, NW
What: A meeting for all current and potential DPR Park Partners where DPR will provide updates on the DPR Park Partners programs, review new partnership opportunities, and provide an opportunity to meet with DPR Director, Clark E. Ray and staff from the DPR Office of Partnerships and Development.

Where: North Michigan Park Recreation Center, 1333 Emerson St., NE
What: The DPR Office of Planning and Capital Projects will present an update and review design options with the community for converting bathroom space to program space.
