The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has announced that the Out of School Time (After-Care) program at Simon Elementary School, 401 Mississippi Ave, SE, will not operate today, May 6, 2008, due to a water main break in the area.  School children have been sent to alternative sites for the remainder of the school day and will be picked-up following dismissal of the school day.

DCWASA is on-site and making repairs.

Other DPR Educational Services programs are operating and following normal hours of operation.
