On Thursday, March 26, 2009, the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Athletic Programs Administration will host a Pre-season Coaches Meeting for all teams and coaches who are interested in participating in DPR's Adult Softball leagues. The meeting is open to all adult softball teams and coaches and will be held from 6:30 to 8 pm at the Banneker Community Center, 2500 Georgia Avenue, NW. During the meeting, DPR will provide information about the upcoming 2009 softball season. 

This year DPR Athletics will offer six different adult softball leagues for players of all skill levels: Co-ed 5 and 5 Slow Pitch League, Co-ed 7 and 3 Slow Pitch League, Co-ed Seniors Softball League, Co-ed Lawyers Slow Pitch Softball League, Men's Slow Pitch League, and Men's Fast Pitch League.
