The DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) has released the end of summer schedule for its popular Movie Night Out, Fun Wagon, and Skatemobile programs.
 
The DPR Skatemobile travels throughout the District during summer months and youth are able to experience and enjoy the fun of a mobile roller rink right in their neighborhood.  The DPR Skatemobile is equipped with a sound system and carries over 100 pairs of skates. 

The DPR Fun Wagon also brings mobile summer fun to neighborhood across the District with fun outdoor activities such as jump rope, hula-hoops, roller skates, scooters, bikes, basketballs, and more. 

The DPR Movie Night Out program is hosted at DPR centers and parks and other locations throughout the summer.  Showing free family-friendly movies, all rated PG or PG-13, Movie Night Out is fun for the entire family. Movies being shown start at 8 pm each evening and include The Forbidden Kingdom, Kung Fu Panda, Space Chimps, and The Polar Express.
