Registration for the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Fall Soccer League is currently underway. The league is free, and open to all youth soccer players ages 5 to 12 years old, and provides the opportunity for youth to learn the basics of the world's most popular sport, soccer. Through practices and games, youth will learn passing, shooting, scoring, heading, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Youth will also be introduced to the rules of the game in a fun and entertaining way in a positive structured environment. Games and practices are held throughout each week from September 21 to November 28, 2009.
