(Washington, DC) The time is now to register your child for summer camp in the District.

DC Parks and Recreation is currently accepting enrollment for the summer camp season. All programs are offered to both residents and non-residents of the District.

“There is a misconception that only District residents are able to attend our camps,” Director Neil Albert said. “Our programs are open to whomever seeks safe summer recreation.”

Camp choices cover a wide spectrum of areas, from nature trails to performing arts.

Summer camp registration is being conducted at recreation centers, camp locations or Camp Central (4301 Connecticut Avenue, NW).
