(Washington, DC) DC Parks and Recreation continues to deliver quality educational services for toddlers (ages 2 to 5) through its Cooperative Play Program.
Young children are introduced to a structured play setting with activities that engage the whole child -- mentally, socially, and emotionally -- in preparation for entering the formal educational system.
Parents are required to work one day a week per child. Children should be potty trained and at least 2 years old before beginning school.
The schedule and fees are as follows:

A $30 registration fee is required.
There is a $3 Daily rate for District residents and a $7 daily rate for non-residents.
Locations include: Benning Stoddert, Chevy Chase Community Center, Chevy Chase Playground, Friendship, Hardy, Langdon Park, Langston, Palisades, and Stoddert.
