Join the Department of Parks and Recreation along with Children Youth Investment Trust Corporation, Department of Human Services, Department of Employment Services, DC Public Schools, DC Public Library, Answers Please! and the State Office of Education to kick off DC Summer Fun 2006 on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at Turkey Thicket Recreation Center, 1100 Michigan Ave., NE.
The fun starts at 10 am and will include games, rides, tennis, baseball, arts and crafts and much more! Mayor Anthony Williams will also perform his annual cannonball dive.
