The 23rd season of MTV's pioneering "reality" show, The Real World: D.C., will premiere Wednesday, December 30 at 10 pm. The show, which brings together eight diverse young adults and follows their lives for several months, was filmed in the District this summer. The roommates moved into a Dupont Circle home in July and cameras followed as the cast explored the District and the many historic attractions and cultural amenities the nation's capital has to offer.
The Office of Motion Picture and Television Development assisted throughout the scouting, pre-production and production phases of the project. The Real World: DC was produced by Bunim/Murray Productions and will air on MTV. Check local listings for details.
