The attached health professional licensing fees were approved as final on June 29, 2007. The Health Professional Licensing Administration (HPLA) is in the process of changing its forms and systems to reflect the new fees. Applications and renewals with the old fees will be accepted if delivered or postmarked before August 1, 2007. After that date, the new fees* will be required.

The new fees reflect a legislative mandate, and rising costs since the last fee increase several years ago. The increased fees will enable HPLA and the health licensing boards to continue improvements in delivering services, including application processing, website improvements, and enhanced investigative capabilities.
