If you are currently licensed in the District of Columbia, beginning November 1, 2006 you may apply for renewal of your license.  If you are applying for renewal of your license, you must complete the physician profile in order to renew.  If you are applying to be licensed in the District of Columbia for the first time you must complete the Physician Profile* within thirty (30) days of applying for the license.  More information as to what information is required in the "Physician Profile" can be found on the Board of Medicine page. Information on the "Physician Profile" can be found in section 4609.
