The District of Columbia Justice Grants Administration (JGA) announces a request for concept papers to partner with JGA to apply to the US Department of Justice (DOJ) for funding in response to the Second Chance Act competitive grant solicitation. If an award is received, JGA will serve as the local grant recipient and administrative and financial manager of grant funds, and will sub-grant all funding to the selected project partners on a reimbursable basis.
