Members of the bar, bench and public are hereby notified by the District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission that a vacancy on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia will occur as a result of the retirement of the Honorable Rafael Diaz as an Associate Judge effective March 26, 2009.
