The Office of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Affairs (GLBT) will be sponsoring a diversity training for employers on GLBT employment issues. The purpose of the training is to provide employers with an basic overview of provisions of the DC Human Rights Act that highlight sexual orientation and gender identity as well as provide some human resource best practices for GLTB employees. Come find out all you ever wanted to know about employing a GLTB person but were afraid to ask.
