The Office of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Affairs (GLBT) will be sponsoring a Leadership Institute to provide training to strengthen GLBT organizations in Washington, DC. The Institute will provide capacity building and tools you can use to run your organization and best practices. It is designed with the volunteer community group leader in mind. All volunteer leaders are encouraged to attend.
