The Mayor's Office of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Affairs will be participating in a rally for the Metropolitan Gay Gaymes of Washington's bid to host the 2014 Gay Gaymes and Cultural Festival in the District of Columbia.
