The Metropolitan Police Department’s Maurice T. Turner Jr., Institute of  Police Science will conduct a graduation ceremony for Recruit Class 2006-2 and Lateral Class 2006-4.  In all, 21 officers will be sworn in by Chief of Police Charles H. Ramsey and will be joining neighborhood patrols in Police Service Areas (PSAs) across the city.
