The Metropolitan Police Department’s Maurice T. Turner Jr., Institute of Police Science will conduct a graduation ceremony for members of Recruit Class 2006-3 and Lateral Class 2006-5.  Chief of Police Charles H. Ramsey will administer the oath of office to the Department's 23 newest members.
