This is to advise the news media that Chief of Police Melvin High, of the Prince George’s County Police Department, and Chief of Police Cathy L. Lanier, of the Metropolitan Police Department, will conduct a strategy meeting to discuss cross border crime fighting initiatives. Investigators and Command Staff members will also be present to take part in the meeting.

Members of the news media wishing to interview Chief Lanier and/or Chief High will be given an opportunity at the conclusion of the meeting at 2:30 pm.
