WASHINGTON, DC  This is to advise the news media that the Metropolitan Police Department invites the next-of-kin immediate family members of Open Homicide Cases from 2003 and previous years to join the department of a special personal meeting with a homicide detective. Appointments are required due to the large number of cases being reviewed.
