The Metropolitan Police Department and the Labor Management Partnership Council are hosting the First Annual Health and Fitness Expo.  The event is free and open to all MPD members.  Members of the news media are invited to attend.

Body fat index and blood pressure screenings, as well as diet tips will be offered free of charge.  Health and life insurance information will be on hand.  Additionally there will be demonstrations of aerobic exercises, Ta’i Chi, and Yoga, and representatives from area health clubs/gyms will be in attendance.   Healthy refreshments will be served.
