The Metropolitan Police Department announces a traffic advisory in conjunction with the Step Out for Diabetes March.

TIME:              Scheduled to begin at approximately 9:30 am

In conjunction with the above event, Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between 3rd Street and Constitution Avenue, NW, from 2:00 am until 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 25, 2008.

Motorists in the area of this event during the above indicated times could experience delays. The Metropolitan Police Department urges motorists in the area of special events to exercise caution in the anticipation of increased pedestrian activity.
