This is to advise the news media that the Metropolitan Police Department’s Institute of  Police Science will conduct a graduation ceremony for Recruit Class 2005-9 and Lateral Classes 2005-5 and 2006-1.  Chief of Police Charles H. Ramsey and others will be in attendance.
