The Metropolitan Police Department in seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person last seen on November 16, 2000, at approximately 4:00 p.m. at his residence located in the 1900 block of 6th Street N.W.

The missing person is identified as Richard Taylor. He is described as a 59-year-old dark-complexioned black male with brown eyes and black hair. Richard is 5'9" in height and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans a white shirt and a blue jacket.

Mr. Taylor is known to suffer from dementia. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Third District at 202-673-6930.
