Critical Missing Person -- Jerod Lavon Jackson

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a critical missing person, identified as 14-year-old Jerod Lavon Jackson, of the 3500 block of 22nd Street, SE. He was reportedly involved in a traffic accident on December 22, 2000, at approximately 7:30 p.m., in the 2900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE. Jerod hasn't been seen or heard from since that day.

Jerod Jackson is described as a medium complexioned black male, 5'9" tall, weighing 125 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black and white striped jacket, blue jeans and a black shirt.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jerod Lavon Jackson is asked to contact the Seventh Police District at 202-698-1500.
