Attempt to Identify Homicide Victim

Bracelet of Homicide VictimThe Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the victim of a homicide committed at approximately 9:54 a.m., on Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at 2330 Pomeroy Road, S.E.

 

The victim is described as a black female, 5’5’’ and approximately 116 pounds.  She is believed to be in her late teens or mid twenties. She was wearing a bracelet on her right wrist, with “Remy ? Markeda” on the band.

 

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call police at 202-727-9099.

 

The department currently offers a reward of up to TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
